We believe your portrait experience is more than just your holiday card & some recent photos of the kids, but but also an experience that won't leave you wondering where you put your hands or how to get your child to smile.
I've crafted an experience that never leaves you in the dark with a seamless process from booking through gallery delivery.
Upon booking, there will be a guide in your inbox that answers any and all questions from where we will shoot, to what to wear and how to prep your family for a successful session.
We will begin the session with the classic posed, looking at the camera, but as we know kids are kids and we will include ways to make the images feel organic and authentic to you, whilst creating a warm approach to keep your kiddos smiling and laughing all the way through.
Following the session, you will receive your digital gallery in your inbox and I'm here to walk you thought the steps of designing a beautiful album or wall art (cause these beautiful photographs shouldn't live on a computer screen)

After focusing on weddings we've experienced an extensive amount of joy photographing baby bumps into motherhood. Family is something that is so important and valued to us, our hearts are so full of joy when we can capture joy & connection. Being a new mom can feel wildly exciting, but can also feel scary and as someone that has experienced some large life changes I'm here to provide an experience as you enter this season of life.
We offer a team of associate photographers that will deliver the same first class experience as Crystal would. My team is trained under me to ensure you receive artistry and client experience that matches my own. While Crystal will still handle all communication and final editing of images working with one of her associates gives you the same experience with wider availability and at a lower rate.
We have worked with Crystal for over 4 years now and from the first session she put my mind at ease. She has patience and she will make you feel so comfortable. She is creative, kind, calm and exceptionally good at her job. I can not tell you enough how great she is with my son.

the Client Closet
Your portrait session is an investment, I know every time I invest in a family portrait session I want to make the most out of it! Between coordinating outfits with your partner or family, deciding on the perfect time and location, and maybe even scheduling hair + makeup, it can be very overwhelming!
So, I wanted to take one more thing off of your plate by offering an entire collection of dresses that you can rent for your portrait session with me! No need to worry about what colors or prints will look best in photographs, if the cut will be flattering, or if your online order will arrive on time for your scheduled session. All of that research has already been done for you as I curated this closet specifically with YOU in mind.
All of my dresses are thoughtfully curated to photograph well and have my stamp of approval on them. I carry dresses from places like Vici, Lulu's, Petal & Pup, Pink Blush Maternity & Pink Lily and range in sizes from XS-XL.
Your session includes 2 dress rentals, which can double as a backup if one doesn't work out how you planned.
You can select your dresses online & I will bring it to your session steam and ready to go , or you can schedule a try on appointment at my home in Brighton and take it with you to your session. This can cut down on ordering and shopping time. It's important that you feel confident for your session and can easily style the kids around your outfits.
